I can't believe i survived 3 months away from the blog! I've been itching for the longest while to come back to you guys and tadaaah! here i am! *does silly dance move*. There is so much i have to tell and show ya'll. Ya boy has been very busy so you know that means i got some dope content waiting to roc' your world. April is a very festive month for me because it's my birthday month and every year i do a series of festive and celebratory stuff until the month ends or when i feel like i've had enough aka til i'm broke, lol. I call it #RocstarSeason and If you've been following my social media accounts lately, especially my Instagram you know exactly what i'm talking about. I think i might do a blog post showing you all the amazing photos from my birthday but until then let us enjoy what we have here.

Spring is here! well, spring been here since March and summer is slowing creeping upon us. With summer officially starting in little over a month from now i'm betting a lot of us are ready to approach summer with big hopes and dreams of living life to the fullest. As the days get longer and the sun shines brighter, spring/summer is the perfect time to rejuvenate your wardrobe, experiment with trends and up your style game and of course do some shopping. Summer is the most eventful time of the year and the time we dress up and go out the most and with all these events to go one must have a closet ready and loaded for all the happenings that comes with summer. An easy way to add new pieces to your wardrobe without breaking the bank or spending all your boat ride and breakfast party money is to thrift. A lot of people frown upon thrifting but i live for a good thrift shop or pop-up thrift stall. I'm always on the hunt for cheap but dope pieces that i can re-work into my ardrobe. I'm also big on finding stores that are having sales. Stores now are clearing out a lot of stuff to stock new pieces to sell for summer so they do massive clearance sales and clothes go for really cheap prices. Can you believe that this outfit is less than $2,000?( $20 USD) (excluding the shoes). I bought this DKNY shirt/ jacket from a lady who sells some dope thrifted pieces. The t-shirt underneath i bought at this really cool store in Half Way Tree, Kingston called "Carby's" for $300 ($3 USD) and i found these pants in the land of bargain and bashment aka Downtown, Kingston. The pants aren't thrifted but i got them super cheap ($1,000 .... $9 USD).

So, there is no excuse not to slay for spring/summer 2017. The task now is to keep an eye out for signs that read "SALE" and take advantage of whatever that is on sale. Also, don't be afraid to do a little thrifting but inspect the pieces properly because some might have stains or rips and that's a major no-no.

Admit it: You're an addict to clothes and you love them for cheap prices.

Thanks for roc'ing with me and have a splendid weekend!
